Our dedicated coaches and long time members are key to teaching and encouraging new members and in sharing their passion for Rowing. Members are welcome to row competitively in Regattas or leisurely, as rowing is a fantastic form of exercise.

Monday – Circuits with Sean
615pm – u12, u14, u16 girls
7pm – u16 – adults

Tuesday – ERG training
6.45 pm u16s and u18s
7.15pm adults

Thursday – ERG training
6.15 –  u12s and u14s
6.45pm – u16s and u18s
7.15 pm – adults

Sunday

10:30am
Under 12’s and Beginners are to go to the BOAT HOUSE first.

10:30am
Under 14’s and under 16’s are to go to the GYM first.

11:15am
Under 18’s and adults are to go to the GYM first.
